Position Overview:
We are seeking an independent, goal-driven, and customer-focused Territory Manager to join
our Sales Team. This position covers Western Massachusetts, Western New Hampshire, and
Vermont. The role requires daily field travel (“windshield time”) and frequent interaction with customers on-site. You will own and grow your territory, represent innovative foodservice
equipment, and be rewarded through a performance-based compensation plan that includes a stable draw and uncapped commissions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Become a product category expert for all TNE equipment lines.
- Develop and grow your territory to meet and exceed annual sales goals.
- Build long-term relationships with restaurant groups, independent operators, and regional vendors.
- Actively prospect, cold call, and conduct on-site customer visits.
- Host equipment demos in our TNE Kitchen and present at regional trade shows and open houses.
- Collaborate with Parts, Service, and Administrative teams to ensure seamless post-sale support.
- Manage leads, interactions, and activity daily within our CRM (HubSpot).
- Provide oversight during delivery, installation, and customer training.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven sales experience (B2B, field sales, or territory management preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel daily within territory (with overnight stays as needed).
- Reliable transportation and an acceptable driving record.
Preferred (not required):
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in equipment sales or foodservice industry.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
Compensation:
- Weekly paid draw for income stability.
- Monthly car allowance.
- Quarterly commissions with uncapped earning potential.
- On-target earnings (OTE): $65,000 – $95,000 annually, with additional upside potential.
